The Fresh Factory is looking for someone who enjoys selling, talking to people and understanding positive ingredients.

Our StockRoom isnt a conventional grocery store. It’s a curated selection of products we believe deserve shelf space — from fresh produce and dairy to breads, pantry staples, beverages and clean-label products.

We’re looking for someone who can own the retail floor and turn that curation into a excellent customer experience.

What you’ll do:
Engage with customers and understand what they’re looking for
Recommend products and explain what makes them different
Drive retail sales and work towards monthly targets
Keep an eye on availability, quick-moving products and out-of-stocks
Maintain displays, merchandising and overall shelf presentation
Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams for replenishment
Learn the products deeply — ingredients, sourcing, usage and alternatives
Build relationships with regular customers and encourage repeat purchases

Who we’re looking for:

Someone confident, articulate and genuinely comfortable on the shop floor. Previous experience in premium retail, gourmet food, FMCG, supermarkets, organic/health food or hospitality is preferred.
