Role Overview The Salesman will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining the overall shopping experience in the men’s clothing store. This role requires robust communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable clothing options.
Sales Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales targets by actively promoting products.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on fabrics, fits, styles, and recent arrivals to guide customers effectively.
Store Maintenance: Ensure shelves, racks, and displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
Billing & Transactions: Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
Customer Relationship: Build rapport with repeat customers and encourage loyalty.




Team Support: Coordinate with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications
Minimum 0–1 years of experience in retail sales (preferably clothing).
Solid communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and digital payments.
Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.

Work Conditions
Location: KK Nagar / Anna Main Road, Chennai.
Full time or Part-time.
Good salary.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
