Manage end-to-end store construction and development projects.
Coordinate civil work, interiors, electrical, plumbing, signage, furniture, and other store requirements.
Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Obtain and compare quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site visits and ensure work is completed as per quality and design standards.
Monitor project progress and resolve execution-related issues.
Ensure timely completion and handover of stores within approved budgets.
Maintain proper documentation, vendor records, quotations, and project reports.
Coordinate multiple store projects simultaneously across different locations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
