Role: Oracle EBS General Ledger (GL) Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in working in Finance transformation projects for US based Hi-Tech customers and have the experience of enabling entities in different countries
Experience in finance transformation in Hi-Tech will be preferable for AR and GL candidates but must for Revenue candidate as we will asking how Revenue recognition is done for HiTech customers
Experience of Full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation experience as a functional resource
Design end-to-end solutions/ business processes by leveraging Oracle ERP Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting for different countries
Experience of Oracle ERP Financials applications to align with client-specific business processes and requirements
Experience implementing some combination of Oracle General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, or Treasury
Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs,



conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training
Ability to help clients rethink their Finance functions using RPA, AI/ML and GenAI / Agentic AI and Analytics in conjunction with their ERP platform. You should have the experience to blend process and technology to create the next generation Finance function.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to empower clients to effectively utilize Oracle EBS Financials solutions
Possess knowledge on emerging trends, features, and updates within the Oracle ERP Financials ecosystem and evaluate their potential impact on client implementations
Have the experience to Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and client satisfaction AR- should have hi tech industry knowledge & exp of invoicing in multiple countries, knowledge of e-invoicing, cash application, collections, deductions. No subscription.
