10+ years of overall experience in Project Management, Business Transformation, HR Transformation, Payroll Transformation, ERP Implementation, or Shared Services programs.
Proven experience leading large-scale HR, Payroll, HCM, Time & Attendance, Advantages, Compensation, Workforce Administration, or Finance transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery across requirement gathering, process design, system implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Experience working with enterprise HR and payroll platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, PeopleStrong, SAP HCM, ADP, Ramco, or similar solutions.
Demonstrated track record of delivering automation and digital transformation programs involving multiple business functions and vendors.
Experience in managing system integrations between HR, Payroll, Finance, ERP, Banking, Attendance, and Third-Party applications.
