Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Store Executive to join our retail team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist customers with product selection and queries.
Handle sales and achieve assigned store sales targets.
Maintain proper product display, availability, and store presentation.
Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and replenishment.
Ensure products are properly arranged and labelled.
Handle billing and basic cash/payment-related activities when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the store.
Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when required.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and store procedures.




Support promotional activities, offers, and product launches.
Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory management is preferred.
Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on holidays as per business requirements.
