Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the OTA & Reservations team, including KPIs and performance.
Develop pricing and revenue strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and revenue.
Manage OTA listings, pricing, inventory, promotions and rate parity.
Analyse market trends,



competitor pricing and booking data to drive decisions.
Work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve property performance and profitability.

Requirements
3–4+ years in OTA, Revenue Management, Reservations, Hospitality or Travel.
Robust knowledge of OTAs, PMS, channel managers and pricing strategies.
Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
