Responsibilities
Generate and convert property sales leads through Social Media and other channels.
Handle clients, understand requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct site visits, follow-ups, negotiations and close deals independently
.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain solid client relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure.
Required Skills
Solid Real Estate / Property Sales experience – Mandatory
Proven lead conversion and deal-closing skills.
Social Media lead generation – Mandatory
Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
Positive MS Excel knowledge.
Gujarati, Hindi, English – Mandatory Language
