URGENT HIRING – HVAC REVIT MODELER

Position: HVAC Revit Modeler

Employment Type: Contract Basis

Contract Duration: 1–2 Months

Location: Bangalore

We are urgently looking for an experienced HVAC Revit Modeler to join our team on a short-term contract basis for an ongoing project in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify HVAC models using Revit MEP.
Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment models as per project requirements.
Coordinate HVAC models with architectural, structural, and other MEP services.
Prepare and update drawings based on project/client requirements.
Identify and resolve clashes and modeling issues.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.




Coordinate with engineers and project teams for timely completion of deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Revit Modeling.
Robust working knowledge of Revit MEP – HVAC.
Valuable understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment.
Experience in preparing coordinated BIM models and drawings.
Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
