About the Role

Pon Pure Chemicals Group is looking for a senior and technically strong Marketing qualified with extensive experience in Textile Dyes & Chemicals.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical product knowledge of textile dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries, combined with proven expertise in sales, marketing, business development and key account management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a strategic textile chemicals business, developing customer relationships, providing product and technical solutions, and driving business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Marketing and Business Development for the Textile Dyes & Chemicals portfolio.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market presence and drive business growth.




Build strong relationships with textile mills, processing houses and key customers.
Leverage robust technical product knowledge to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product presentations, trials and technical discussions with customers.
Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities.
Manage key accounts and support pricing and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile:
12 - 20+ years of experience in Textile Dyes & Chemicals / Textile Auxiliaries.
Strong experience in Marketing, Technical Sales and Business Development.
Robust technical product knowledge of textile dyes and chemicals is mandatory.
Good understanding of textile processing, dyeing and finishing.
Strong customer relationships and textile industry network.
