Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Senior Steward to oversee restaurant service operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the smooth functioning of the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide stewards during daily operations.
Ensure prompt and qualified service to guests.
Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup in dining areas.
Train new team members on service standards and procedures.
Handle guest queries and resolve service-related issues.
Monitor inventory of service equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or hospitality qualification preferred.
2+ years of experience in restaurant, hotel, or banquet service.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
