Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws & regulations by implementing controls & governance mechanisms.
Manage HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation &
advantages administration.
Lead implementation projects related to HR systems (HRIS) and human resource information systems (HRMS).
Develop and maintain reports using HR analytics tools to provide insights on workforce trends and metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
