SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location : Trichy, Tamil Nadu

Shift : Day Shift

Experience : 2–3 Years

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, GST & TDS compliance, reconciliations, and statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank reconciliation and payment tracking
GST invoicing, returns and reconciliation – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
TDS returns, challans and Form 16/16A
Preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
Voucher entries, ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Accounts Payable and Receivable management
Payroll processing and statutory compliance – PF, ESI, PT
Audit support and financial documentation
Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis




Accounting data management and reporting using Tally Prime

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
B.Com / M.Com (Finance) / B.Com + MBA (Finance)
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance
Tally Prime – Mandatory
MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and formulas
Knowledge of GST, Income Tax and Banking portals
