Social Media Lead Roles & Responsibilities
Own and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
Develop robust hooks for Reels, captions, carousels and other formats.
Create and develop recurring content formats and series.
Plan and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Be present on field/site visits to identify real-time content opportunities.
Brief the Designer and Video Creator with transparent references and examples.
Manage comments and DMs while maintaining OSG’s brand voice.
Adapt content for different audiences across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Develop founder-led content with Nav, including opinions and field insights.
Track content performance through retention, shares, saves, follows and enquiries.
Identify underperforming formats and improve or replace them.
Verify data, statistics, tonnage, recycling rates and impact figures before publishing.
