Job Title: Sr Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting financial decision-making. This role also supervises junior accounting staff and assists in budgeting, audits, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
Supported accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely billing and collections
Assisted in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciling bank statements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Coordinate internal and external audits
MIS Preparations
Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management




Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Basic Knowledge of Filed monthly, quarterly and annual GST and TDS return for client
Identify and implement process improvements for accounting operations
Managed day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and ledger maintenance
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BCom or MCom related field
Proficiency in accounting software, Tally and Microsoft Excel

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Working Conditions:
Working hours 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM
