Technical & Maintenance Head

JOB PURPOSE

Lead Technical and Maintenance functions to ensure equipment reliability, smooth production, current line installation, layout planning, technical improvement and cost-effective plant operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Plan recent line installation, machine layout, utilities and commissioning.
Handle technical projects, machine modifications and automation.
Prepare CAPEX, maintenance budgets and project cost estimates.
Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.
Manage plant utilities, machinery and infrastructure.
Drive Kaizen, productivity, energy and cost-saving initiatives.
Manage vendors, contractors and Technical/Maintenance teams.
Ensure safety, statutory compliance and maintenance documentation.
