We are looking for a Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company/client social media accounts.
Plan and create engaging social media content and posting schedules.
Manage Facebook and Instagram pages and improve audience engagement.
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
Conduct basic audience research and campaign targeting.
Monitor ad performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Prepare regular social media and advertising performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
Test different audiences, creatives, ad formats, and campaign approaches.




Stay updated with social media trends and Meta advertising features.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
Basic knowledge of campaign optimization, targeting, and performance metrics.
Valuable communication and content-planning skills.
Ability to analyze campaign results and prepare reports.
Experience handling business/client social media accounts is preferred.
