As a Senior CCE, you will play a vital role in our customer support operations, ensuring a positive and effective experience for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing accurate information. You will be a key member of our team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
Listen to and understand customer concerns, and provide effective solutions.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately.
Document and update customer records with relevant information for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient support process.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads or managers.
Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude throughout customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.




Provide regular feedback and suggestions to improve customer support strategies.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BFSI environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications, including CRM tools.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Any additional certifications or training in customer service will be an advantage.
