Stewart India is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Research Associates to support our Production division. This role involves working closely with global teams and supporting various back-office operations. We are seeking individuals with a solid learning attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
Perform research and data processing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support back-office operational processes and project requirements.
Maintain data quality and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Continuously learn new processes, tools, and business requirements.
Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude in a quick-paced work environment.
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Typing speed of 25 WPM with 95% accuracy.
Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Willingness to work in US Day Shift / 24x7 operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Certification/course from a typing institute will be an added advantage.
