Required Skills and experience
To be a successful Technical Recruiter;
You will be confident in communicating with professional organisations over the phone, email and face to face.
You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career,



maintaining positivity and drive throughout.
You will have 5+ year experience as a Technical recruiter in placing W2 candidates.
Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Valuable experience of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Solid understanding with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.
Experience on VMS & ATS.
Explicit understanding of Visa processes.
Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.
Hard working and willing to learn
