Role & responsibilities
Assist in maintenance and operation of production equipment and utilities.
Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Monitor plant equipment, motors, pumps, compressors, HVAC systems, and electrical panels.
Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and company procedures.
Maintain maintenance records and daily activity reports.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations.
Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
