As the Social Media Manager for Nargis, you will be the digital face and voice of our brand. We are looking for a high-energy, creative storyteller who is as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind the scenes planning strategy. You will play a critical role in transitioning our traditional retail excellence into a powerhouse e-commerce presence and helping us build the team to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & "Face of the Brand"
Host "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) videos, Reels, and Live sessions showcasing our latest collections (Sarees, Lehengas, Shararas).
Script and star in educational content about fabrics (Pure Katan Silk, Banarasi, etc.) and styling tips.
Collaborate with models and photographers to ensure all imagery meets our "Royal & Traditional" aesthetic.
Strategy & Platform Management
Manage and grow our profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and Pinterest.
Create a monthly content calendar that aligns with wedding seasons and recent arrivals.
Monitor trends in ethnic fashion and implement them quickly (AI-integrated visuals, trending audio, etc.).
E-commerce & Team Building
Work closely with the owner to identify and hire a specialised team (video editors, ad managers, and customer service).
Coordinate social media efforts with our e-commerce sales goals to drive website traffic.
Analyse performance metrics to see what is converting viewers into customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
