Required Skills & Experience
Hands-on experience working with Control-M in a production or enterprise environment.
Practical experience with:
Control-M job monitoring
Job execution
Job re-runs/restarts
Job holds/releases
Failed/abended job troubleshooting
Job status monitoring
Dependency troubleshooting
Basic Control-M operational support
Good understanding of batch processing and job scheduling concepts.
Ability to independently troubleshoot operational issues rather than relying solely on a Control-M administrator or SME.
Experience implementing operational changes related to batch jobs/schedules.
Robust problem-solving and incident-troubleshooting skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.




Ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders and participate in US-hours meetings when required.
Willingness and ability to learn new enterprise platforms, particularly Freshworks/Freshservice.

Valuable to Have
Prior experience with Freshworks / Freshservice.
Experience supporting enterprise production/batch settings.
Exposure to incident, change, and problem-management processes.
Experience working with application, database, or infrastructure support teams.
Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
Experience working in an ITIL-based support environment.
Experience supporting distributed teams across India and US time zones.
