Position: Tool Room Engineer

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities
Responsible for Lead the shift In charge for Mould Maintenance- Toolroom.
Ability in planning and initiating Process planning and resource management.
Analyse machine mould adaptability.
Responsible for Mould preventive breakdown maintenance.
Monitoring tool rectification activities.
Handle Current mould Inward Inspection, Mould Trials, trouble shouting corrective action.
Responsible for all IATF documentation.
Prepare monthly MRM data.
Attending trials at tool maker placetake necessary corrective action for achieving aesthetical dimensional requirement of the product.
Manpower planning, job allocation performance monitoring.
Ensure safe work condition, secure work practices,



safety culture.
Rejection control resolve daily production problem.
Interaction with customer supplier regarding initiation of tool manufacturing feasibility of new part.
Ensure compliance to QMS EHS in the shift operation, driving continual improvements Corrective actions
Conduct Kaizens Improvement works for molds to accelerate production.
Lead 5S team in shop floor.
