Radiant Systems Inc. is hiring Freshers with a B.Tech background for the role of US Non-IT Recruiter!

Location: Road No. 2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Onsite

5 Days Onsite (MonFri) | Fixed Week Off: Sat & Sun

Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience: Freshers (01 Year)

About the Role

This is an excellent chance for Freshers looking to start their career in US Staffing and Recruitment. You will work on Non-IT requirements for Direct Clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Source Non-IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.





Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Update candidate information in the ATS.

Work with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements.

Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely, quality submissions.

Requirements

B.Tech background is mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent English communication skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing.

Willingness to learn US Staffing processes.

Basic knowledge of US time zones and terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is an advantage.

Basic MS Office skills.

Willingness to work onsite during the US night shift.
