Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve complex ERP application issues escalated by L1 support.
Perform database analysis and troubleshooting using SQL queries.
Support ERP integrations, APIs, and data synchronization processes.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed incident reports.
Coordinate with development teams for bug resolution and system enhancements.
Participate in UAT, regression testing, and release validation activities.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Provide technical guidance to users and support teams.
Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and maintain accurate ticket documentation.
Interact directly with customers to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:




35 years of experience in ERP application support.
Robust SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data validation.
Knowledge of incident management and problem-solving methodologies.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and support processes.
Solid analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills.

Preferred:
Experience with maritime ERP, vessel management, procurement, crewing, PMS or similar enterprise systems.
Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise application architecture.
