We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager / Vice President to lead core operational activities, streamline processes, and drive strategic growth across business units. The ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, optimize performance, and manage strategic initiatives to reach key business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end business operations, driving continuous optimization and operational excellence.
