Role & responsibilities The Senior Executive, Operations (Warehouse) is a pivotal role responsible for the strategic management and effective operation of warehouse activities within the organization. Reporting to the DC Manager or equivalent, this position requires a solid understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and team leadership.

Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with senior management to develop warehouse strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
Assess warehouse capacity, layout, and workflow to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in warehouse management, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
The role requires working in rotational shifts. Candidates applying for this role should be willing to work in Day / Night shifts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures in the warehouse setting.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage relationships with third-party vendors, carriers, and service providers.
