Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Subject Manager – English to manage English subject content, assessment activities, SMEs, and test development processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage English subject matter experts (SMEs) and coordinate SME activities.
Conduct and manage SME training programs.
Design and create assessments and test content.
Handle MCQ development, processing, review, and acceptance.
Resolve SME queries and ensure timely responses.




Maintain and update SME training materials.
Review post-exam reports and initiate appropriate action.
Maintain project-wise item management dashboards.
Coordinate with Content Managers, Operations, SME Management, and other internal teams.
Support project delivery and ensure targets are completed within timelines.
Monitor content quality and assessment standards.
Prepare regular project updates and reports.

Candidate Profile:
Post Graduate in English or MBA preferred.
4–12 years of relevant experience in English teaching, content development, assessment, or related domains.
Solid experience in MCQ/test content development and assessment.
Excellent English communication skills; Hindi communication is an advantage.
Experience managing SMEs or working with large-scale assessments will be preferred.
Robust coordination, analytical, and project-management skills.
