Success Factor Consultant (ONB+LMS)- Chennai chennai locals only face to face interview

Education qualification : Bachelors degree in information technology ,Human Resource ,computer science, Business Administration, or related field

SAP Success Factors/or SAP HCM Certification .PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification.

Experience in working in multinational organisations and global support models

Experience in collaborating with global headquarters ,external vendors and offshore teams.

Certification, If any

Success Factor -ONB&LMS; (added Advantage)

Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or IT application support environments with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Expertise in Learning Management system(LMS) & Onboarding (ONB)

Robust Functional Knowledge of one more success factor module such as:

Employee Central (EC) Module





Recruiting Management (RCM)

Any other related modules/Area will be added advantage.

Understanding of SAP HCM processes and integrations with SuccessFactors.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business users, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced, matrixed global environment.

Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements where appropriate.
