Position: Sr. Engineer IM

Location: Zaroli nearby Bhilad

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Responsibilities
Set and optimize injection moulding processes.
Handle injection moulding machines (50T-1200T).
Achieve production and OEE targets.
Reduce rejection, scrap, and cycle time.
Perform mould changeover and reduce setup time.
Coordinate mould and machine preventive maintenance.
Ensure defect-free production as per quality standards.
Monitor process parameters and SOP compliance.
Conduct current mould/tool trials and maintain records.
Maintain production and material reconciliation records.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain 5S and shop floor discipline.




Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 documentation.
Analyze process issues and implement corrective actions.
Train operators on process and quality requirements.
Drive continuous improvement (PQCDSME).

Required Skills
Injection moulding process setting and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of plastic raw materials.
Machine handling (50T-1200T).
OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
IATF 16949 documentation.
Leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications Required Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Plastic
