Position : Trainee Production Engineer

Location: VIP Pipes, Mandideep Plant, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech./B.E

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in machine operation and monitoring under the guidance of senior engineers.

● Learn and support extrusion line setup, calibration, and maintenance.

● Maintain daily production and machine performance records.

● Coordinate with the quality team to ensure product compliance.

● Participate in on-the-job training programs for machine handling,

troubleshooting, and safety.

TRAINING & EVALUATION PLAN:

Trainee Production Engineer The training program is designed to give trainees practical exposure to plastic pipe manufacturing, machines and shop-floor operations.
Basic Training – 3 Months The initial training will cover:
Overview of plastic pipe manufacturing
Basic production mathematics and testing
Product quality standards
Basics of extrusion and moulding
Hands-on machine training
Rotation across different machines and production areas

After 3 months, a Technical Test will be conducted. Performance will be evaluated based on shop-floor performance,



practical technical knowledge, understanding of machines and processes, and technical assessment performance.Based on the overall performance, trainees will be allocated to either:
Moulding Division
Extrusion Division
Advanced Training – 9 Months After allocation to the respective division, the trainee will be assigned to aspecific machine and product.Training will focus on:
Machine parts and operation
PLC controls
Machine parameters and setup
Basic troubleshooting
Machine maintenance

During these 9 months, the trainee will undergo 3 technical assessments to evaluate practical learning, machine knowledge and understanding of the production process.Final role progression will be based on the trainee's overall training performance and technical development.

● Compensation: ₹2.04 LPA Annual CTC
