Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and conduct regular stock audits.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipment and timely deliveries.
Ensure proper warehouse space utilization and maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity.
inward/outward movement, and order status.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Accounts, and Customer Support for operational alignment.
Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in E-Commerce industry preferred.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven setting.
Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
