Job Title: Sr. Engineer- Sales

Department: Sales

Reports to: Manager- Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Manage all technical aspects of RFP(Request for Proposal) / RFI(Request for Information) responses
Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D; teams for future product enhancements
Collect and document competitive intelligence
Develop Technical proposal/ideas and applying at customer site and passing it to R&D.;
Proactively pursue customer driven innovations and new application fields and mange joint development projects with full accountability.
Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective product
Apply the overall sales process, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide accurate sale forecast,



supporting productive planning of products and services.
Identify customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly
Identify and attract recent customers pursue current applications and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customer, leading to profitable future business.
Continuously increase market intelligence and update customer and competitor data.
Prepare monthly MIS report
On time payment collection from customers

Qualifications:
Degree in (Science/Engineering/ Polymers /Plastic Technology/Chemistry) or related field
Post-Graduation in (Science/Engineering/ Polymers /Plastic Technology/Chemistry) or related field

Experience:
Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably from the flame retardant or speciality chemicals industry.

Technical Skill set (Required)
Knowledge of CRM Systems
SAP B1
MS Office / Excel
