We are seeking a Travel Consultant who will assist clients in planning their trips, understanding their preferences, and offering them the best-suited adventure packages. You will be responsible for building travel itineraries, answering inquiries, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and suggest suitable packages
Build customized itineraries and explain package inclusions and exclusions
Provide information on destinations, activities, and safety measures
Handle bookings, reservations, and follow-ups
Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of tours
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction before, during, and after trips
Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements

Requirements:




Passion for travel and adventure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in travel sales or customer service preferred
Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus
Freshers with positive enthusiasm for travel are also encouraged to apply
