Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage transportation requirements for tours, transfers, and group movements.
Allocate vehicles and drivers based on itinerary requirements and operational schedules.
Liaise with transport vendors to ensure availability, service quality, and competitive pricing.
Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to schedules.
Handle transportation-related guest requests, complaints, and operational escalations.
Verify transport invoices, maintain records, and support cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company transportation standards.
Maintain solid relationships with transport suppliers and negotiate rates when required.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Customer Service teams for smooth tour execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports and performance metrics.
Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance guest experience.
Manage emergency situations such as vehicle breakdowns, delays, and route changes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
