Responsibilities
Fit and assemble parts to make, repair, or maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to perform exact fitting operations.
Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as files, calipers, and micrometers for accurate fitting.
Align and adjust components to ensure proper function and smooth operation of tools and dies.
Perform filing, grinding, drilling, and polishing to achieve required dimensions and surface finishes.
Inspect finished assemblies to verify accuracy and adherence to specifications.




Identify and correct fitting defects through adjustments or minor rework.
Assist in assembling and testing dies and molds for production readiness.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and protected working condition.
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve fitting and assembly issues during production.

Required Skills
Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
Logical thinking.
Organizing.
