Role & responsibilities
8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
5+ years of hands-on IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) experience.
Solid expertise with IBM Security Access Manager v10.0.8 components including:
WebSEAL
AAC
Federation
Reverse Proxy
Access Policies
OAuth and OIDC Services
Experience implementing:
SAML 2.0
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
MFA solutions
Solid understanding of:
Authentication and authorization frameworks
PKI and certificate management
LDAP and Active Directory integration
Session management and identity federation

Infrastructure & Development Skills
Linux/Unix administration experience.
Web application and web server integration experience.
Scripting experience
Experience with API security and gateway integrations.
Familiarity with containerized and cloud environments.





Leadership Experience
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and project delivery.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IBM Verify Access (IVA) migration projects.
Experience with IBM Security Verify Governance or Verify SaaS products.
Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud security integrations.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Consulting or professional services experience.
Relevant IBM security certifications.
