Understand customer requirements, destination preferences, travel dates and budget.
Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
Prepare customized quotations, itineraries and travel proposals.
Follow up consistently with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Build solid customer relationships to generate repeat bookings and referrals.
Handle customer queries professionally before and after booking.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, bookings and payments.
Share regular sales and lead-conversion reports with the reporting manager.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
