Role & responsibilities
Solid knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards (NBC, OISD, PESO, etc.), and best practices in the chemical industry
Proven ability to manage and standardize fire management systems across multiple locations
Manage and monitor the Fire Management System across all plants/locations (Pan India)
Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and standards
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and ensure compliance
Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions
Train, mentor, and build capability across the organization
Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure regulatory compliance

B.E/B.Tech
11+ years of experience
Experience into fire management systems
