Job Title: BPO Telecaller – Appointment Setting & Website/IT Sales

Location: Delhi (Work from Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound/inbound calling, setting up appointments with prospective clients, and driving sales for website and IT services/products.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate interest in website/IT products and services
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into appointments/sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/call logs
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

Requirements




Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) — mandatory
Smart, confident, and professional personality
Prior experience in BPO/telecalling, appointment setting, or website/IT sales strongly preferred
Valuable convincing and objection-handling skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email)
Ability to work target-driven in a rapid-paced setting
Candidates based in or able to commute to Delhi only

Preferred
Experience in IT sales, SaaS, website development, or digital services sales
Prior appointment-setting or lead generation experience
