Role: Transcriptionist – responsible for accurately transcribing English audio recordings from P&C; (Property & Casualty) insurance claims adjusters/stakeholders.
Medical transcriptionist experience will be acceptable
Key Work: Transcribe insured statements, adjuster notes, investigation reports and recorded interviews into explicit, structured documents.
Quality: Strong English listening, grammar, spelling, proofreading and insurance terminology skills with high accuracy.
Experience: 1–5 years of transcription experience required; insurance/P&C; transcription experience is a solid advantage.
Typing: 30+ WPM with high accuracy, robust attention to detail, time management and ability to meet file-processing deadlines.
Other Requirements: Bachelor’s degree + Transcriptionist diploma/certificate,
