Telecaller – E-Commerce Services

IMW Services is looking for a Telecaller to speak with business owners who want to grow online. You will introduce our e-commerce services, understand their needs, and connect interested businesses with our sales team.

Responsibilities
Call potential clients and introduce IMW Services.
Ask about their products, business goals, and interest in selling online.
Explain our services clearly, including marketplace setup and management, websites, and digital marketing.
Follow up with interested leads and schedule calls with the sales team.
Keep accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

Requirements
Transparent and confident communication in Hindi; English is a plus.
Good listening skills and a polite, qualified manner.
Comfortable making regular calls and meeting lead targets.
Basic computer skills. Telecaller or sales experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
