Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer rollout, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
Drive hiring targets, TAT, and offer-to-joining conversions.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Conduct walk-in drives and hiring campaigns as required.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand and close manpower requirements.
Requirements:
14 years of experience in bulk/non-IT recruitment.
Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience handling high-volume hiring and recruitment targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
