Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls through the calling panel.
Counsel candidates and explain opportunities.
Handle queries and follow up with interested candidates.
Convert leads and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain candidate details and call records.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable handling calls.
Experience in counselling/tele-calling/sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
