We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Explain company products, services, offers, and policies clearly.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.
Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly call and performance targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer questions and objections.
Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
