Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Habsiguda. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks, including analyzing data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient communication.



The role requires collaboration across teams to support financial processes and business process outsourcing (BPO) activities.

Qualifications
Excellent Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and issues
Effective Communication skills for internal and external interactions
Knowledge in Finance to support financial processes and transactions
Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for operational efficiency
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in relevant software and tools is a plus
