We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, a professional personality, and the confidence to interact with customers and potential clients over the phone.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Communicate with customers in a clear, polite, and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide basic assistance.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the sales or customer support team when required.




Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
Robust English communication skills are mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Qualified attitude and positive approach.
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹8,670.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
