Workshop Operations &
Quality Control
Manage workflow: Oversee day-to-day workshop activities, scheduling, and job assignments for technicians to ensure optimal bay utilization.
Ensure repair quality: Implement strict quality control checks to minimize repeat complaints and ensure all vehicles are repaired right the first time (RFT).
Technical guidance: Provide diagnostic and technical support to technicians on complex mechanical, electrical, or software issues in contemporary four-wheelers.
Turnaround Time (TAT): Monitor and optimize vehicle turnaround times to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Team Leadership &
Development
Supervise staff: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of floor supervisors, service advisors, diagnostic specialists, and technicians.
Training and development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical or soft-skills training to keep the team updated on contemporary vehicle technologies (including EVs/hybrids).
Performance evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for workshop staff.

Customer Satisfaction &
Escalation Management
Customer relations:



Assist service advisors in explaining complex repairs to customers and handle high-level customer grievances professionally.
CSAT scores: Track and improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores by ensuring transparent pricing and high-quality service.

Financial &
Resource Management
Inventory coordination: Work closely with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of fast-moving components and reduce stockouts.
Asset maintenance: Maintain workshop machinery, diagnostic scanners, lifts, and tools in optimal working condition.
Profitability: Monitor workshop expenses, optimize labor productivity, and contribute to achieving service revenue targets.

Compliance &
Safety
Safety standards: Enforce strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and ensure the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Environmental compliance: Oversee safe disposal of hazardous automotive waste (oil, batteries, coolant).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
