Title: Executive – Purchase & Vendor Management

Experience: 3–4 years

Industries Exposure: Automotive, HVAC, Mechanical / Sheet Metal / Fabrication / Special Purpose Machines

Key Responsibilities
Handle vendor management for mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration component procurements.
Source materials, consumables, gases, silicon gaskets, SRN materials, calibration vendors, and site-specific requirements.
Prepare purchase orders in Excel format and maintain PO master data.
Follow up on PO deliveries, shipment schedules, and vendor job readiness (e.g., powder coating vendors).
Address vendor failure issues and drive corrective actions.
Maintain supplier history records and audit-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain accurate records.




Independently manage day-to-day purchasing activities with minimal guidance.
Travel across India to meet suppliers and support operational requirements.

Skills & Competencies
Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
